These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voxifly platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account & Registration

  • To access certain features, you must register with accurate, current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials (username/password).
  • Do not share your credentials or permit unauthorized use.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

2. License & Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post (issues, comments, etc.).
  • You grant Voxifly a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as needed for the Service.
  • You represent that your content does not violate intellectual property or privacy of third parties.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • If certain features require paid plans, you agree to pay corresponding fees.
  • Fees may be exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your account or subscription following the rules in the Service.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for security reasons.
  • Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete or anonymize your data per our retention policy.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxifly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our aggregate liability to you is limited to amounts you have paid (if any) or a reasonable limit.
  • We provide the Service "as is" without warranties, except as required by applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Voxifly (and its affiliates, officers, employees) from losses, claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be effective upon posting. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Peru.

10. Miscellaneous

  • If any clause is invalid, the rest remain effective.
  • Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
  • These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Voxifly.
